Frequently Asked Questions

  • What types of gowns do you offer?

We offer a curated selection of modern bridal gowns, including A-line, fit-and-flare, and structured silhouettes, alongside softer, more romantic styles.

Our collection features designers such as Serene by Madi Lane, Madi Lane, and House of Idan (coming soon) — each chosen for their thoughtful design, flattering fit, and modern approach to bridal.

We also carry a curated veil collection from Tempête, a Canadian brand based in Vancouver, offering modern styles designed to complement your final look.

  • Do I need an appointment?

Yes — we are an appointment-based boutique to ensure each bride receives a dedicated, personalized experience.

Appointments are available Wednesday–Sunday. If you require a time outside of our regular hours, please don’t hesitate to call or text us at 647-960-1034.

  • How long is a bridal appointment?

We offer four types of appointments, each designed to support you at different stages of your journey:

    • The First Look — 90 minutes
    • The Revisit — 60 minutes
    • The Pick Up — 45 minutes
    • The Styling — 45 minutes

Each appointment is thoughtfully structured to give you the time and space you need, whether you’re finding your dress, revisiting favourites, or completing your final look.

  • What is your price range?

Our gowns range from $1,700 to $7,000 CAD, with most brides finding their dress between $2,500 – $4,000 CAD.

Our curated veil collection begins at $500 CAD.

  • How many guests can I bring?

To maintain a comfortable and intentional experience, we recommend bringing 2–6 guests, with 4 as the ideal number. This allows for a supportive, focused environment while still sharing the moment with those closest to you.

If you’re hoping to bring a larger group, please feel free to email us — we’re always happy to discuss and accommodate when possible.

  • When should I start shopping for my wedding dress?

We recommend beginning your dress search 8–12 months before your wedding date to allow time for ordering and alterations.

If your timeline is shorter, we’re always happy to explore available options and find something that works for you.

  • Do you offer alterations?

We work with a trusted network of local seamstresses and are happy to connect you with recommended partners to support you through alterations.

  • What sizes do you carry?

Our collection is thoughtfully selected to reflect a range of bodies and fits, with samples chosen to create a comfortable and supportive try-on experience. Our standard sample range is designed to best accommodate a street size 10–18.

We’re always happy to guide you through fit, sizing, and customization options to ensure your gown feels just right.

  • What is your payment policy?

We require a 60% deposit at the time of purchase, with the remaining balance due at your pickup appointment.

    We accept major credit cards.

  • What is your return or cancellation policy?

All gown purchases are final sale, as each dress is made-to-order and reserved specifically for you.
